Spinach Artichoke Dip
14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
½ cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
½ tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into greased baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers.
