Wine Cake

1 lb, 2-1/2 oz. package yellow cake mix
3-3/4 oz. package vanilla instant pudding mix
6 eggs
¾ cup oil
1 cup Beringer Malvasia Bianca wine (or another sweet sherry or wine)
1 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
Powdered (10x) confectioner’s sugar

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until done. Cool on rack and then turn out on plate. Dust with powdered sugar. Or, mix powdered sugar with milk for icing and dribble onto cake.
